Job summary
University Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Orlando to support daily operations, leasing performance, and resident services. You will supervise staff, process applications, and ensure accurate data across Entrata while contributing to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience in leasing, leadership, or property management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze leasing trends, occupancy data, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Entrata preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager in supervising and training the leasing team to meet standards and Fair Housing.
- Review and approve lease applications and verify file accuracy.
- Maintain Entrata data accuracy for traffic, leases, renewals, and work orders.
- Monitor leasing activity and collaborate with the Market Director on performance.
- Coordinate move-in/out communications and resident services; support events and promotions.
- Oversee marketing calendars, campus outreach, and pricing adjustments.
