You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. This role emphasizes cash flow optimization and resident relations within a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to use onsite property management software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt and evictions.
• Assist with budgeting, revenues, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Post charges and manage move-out charges and security deposits.
• Maintain accurate records and audit resident files.
• Walk units and process move-in/move-out charges.
