Founders Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Phoenix, AZ location. This role supports leasing office operations, shows and leases apartments, and helps keep delinquency low while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has residential property management or real estate experience, strong communication, and time-management skills, plus flexibility to work weekends. The team emphasizes a people-first approach and resident satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Meets with prospective tenants and assesses needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model units and discusses layout and lease terms.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely.
• Tracks lease approvals by contacting previous landlords and employers.
• Handles incoming phone calls and manages inquiries.
• Compiles listings of available units and creates advertisements reflecting current pricing.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Communicates inventory to prospects during tours.
• Distributes community notices and supports move-in processes.
