Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team and help drive operational and financial performance at our property. You will act as a community leader alongside the General Manager, with responsibility for delivering excellent customer service and staff leadership in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Candidates should have 1+ years in property management, be detail-oriented, and proficient with property management systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership, coaching, and training of team members.
• Property administration including scheduling, notices, evictions, and turnover processes.
• Facilities and capital oversight, inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Financial performance support: month-end, accounts receivable, and delinquency control.
• Customer experience and sales: drive initiatives, marketing alignment, and KPI reporting.
