Job summary

The Scion Group in the United States is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with operations across property functions. This role requires a hands-on leader with a customer‑centric mindset, strong prioritization, and the ability to act in the GM's absence when needed.

You will develop staff, manage resident accounts and billing, oversee maintenance, and drive on-time turnover, safety, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with attracting candidates and improving employee retention.
• Train, coach and lead team members under the General Manager.
• Oversee property schedule, including after-hours on-call shifts.
• Collaborate with GM to improve employee experience and morale.
• Manage resident accounts, billing and audits.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and maintenance to code and standards.
• Coordinate annual turnover planning and execution.
• Contribute to monthly financial reports and collections.
