Blue Castle Agency in Iowa City, IA seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager across two communities totaling 449 home sites. You will be the on-site right hand, stepping in to lead when needed and ensuring smooth daily operations for residents and the team.

You will help with show-ready homes, rent billing, lease paperwork, and fostering strong resident relations. This role emphasizes responsiveness and accurate record-keeping in a active manufactured housing

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
• Manufactured housing or property management background welcome but not required.
• Strong organizational skills for ledgers, billing, and work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations and lead when on-site.
• Prepare homes and the community for showings and direct prospects to next steps.
• Facilitate paperwork for resident-owned homes, including applications and leases.
• Ensure rent is billed accurately and collected on time, with low delinquencies.
• Prepare and deliver legal notices and payment plans per state law and Fair Housing standards.
• Build strong resident relationships with urgency, empathy, and follow-through.
• Generate Google reviews, resolve resident tickets, and maintain resident ledgers and billing.
• Keep work orders moving and resolved within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with grounds vendors and oversee common areas and site upkeep.
