Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and handle weekends.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising in the Community Manager's absence.
• Trains team and schedules staff.
• Reviews rent recommendations to maximize income.
• Collects rent and handles delinquency per policy.
• Implements timely legal action and court appearances.
• Prepares and codes invoices; reconciles security deposits.
• Reviews move in/out files and ensures accurate data entry.
• Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports; assists with variance reports.
• Resolves resident conflicts and communicates with residents.
