SRG Residential in San Diego is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our 540-unit community, The Reserve at 4S Ranch. This role focuses on sales, resident services, and a welcoming leasing process.

You will interview prospects, provide tours, explain amenities and lease terms, and assist applicants through the leasing workflow. Weekend availability is required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Interview prospective residents and assess needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss layouts and amenities.
• Qualify applicants and manage lease documents and related paperwork.
• Process lease forms and collect deposits and application fees.
• Introduce resident to community procedures.
• Foster positive resident relations and a high-quality living experience.
