Job summary

PATH Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily site operations, oversee occupancy, and uphold program policies. The role involves coordinating resident interviews, move-ins, and unit readiness, while maintaining communications with residents and community partners.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires 1 year of property management experience. Driving is required, with a salary range of $24.17–$29.00 per hour and 24 pay periods per year.

Qualifications

• One year of property management experience, preferably in affordable or permanent supportive housing.
• Must have employment eligibility verification; CPR/First Aid training and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day site operations and occupancy monitoring.
• Coordinate resident interviews, move-ins, and unit prep for new residents.
• Assist with emergency procedures and drills; act as point of contact when PM is unavailable.
• Maintain resident communication and relationship-building with tenants and partners.
• Coordinate onsite services and program policy delivery; ensure service quality.
• Maintain resident records and data entry in Property Management Software; assist with audits.
• Prepare invoices and expense documentation for review; ensure timely delivery.
