Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of HUD Section 8 regulations is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams; Yardi experience a plus.
• Analytical with strong financial acumen.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining occupancy levels.
• Assist with the application process and current waiting list.
• Assist with rent collection and payments due to the community.
• Support Community Manager in relationships with owners and residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
