Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the industry with 2 years' experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
• Valid driver's license; use of personal automobile for local job-related travel

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing, maintenance, resident services, capital improvements and collections
• Assist in oversight of expense controls, staff management and risk management
• Prepare and maintain resident files and reports
• Show units, screen applications and schedule refurbishments
• Maintain records of rents and market amenities
