Carleton Living is seeking a Service Manager for The Nellie in Austin, TX. You will lead the maintenance team and oversee the preventive maintenance program across a 136-unit property, coordinating tasks, safety trainings, and reporting to the Community Manager.

The role requires EPA Type II HVAC certification, a CPO license (preferred), and 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position is based on-site at The Nellie.

Formación

• EPA Type II HVAC certification required.
• CPO license preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Ability to drive with a valid license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, assigning work and tasks to appropriate team members.
• Complete maintenance work orders related to plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and appliances.
• Perform general upkeep including painting and drywall repairs as needed.
• Coordinate safety reviews and training with the Community Manager.
• Maintain records and prepare reports in compliance with regulations and Carleton policy.
