Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community.

Responsibilities include overseeing file management, handling resident requests, collecting rents, coordinating evictions, renewals, and data entry in property management software, plus marketing outreach and retention programs.

Compensation: Full-Time $26.00 to $27.00 per hour, with benefits described in the listing.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• 6 months experience in the property management industry
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports
• Provide customer service and sales techniques for resident requests
• Collect rents and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes
• Finalize move in/out and renewals, enter data into PM software
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures and deposits
• Ensure model apartments are ready and maintain a clean workspace
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, availability, market conditions
