Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

The role requires customer service experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include reporting, leasing processes, marketing outreach, and ensuring property readiness while maintaining professional conduct in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by inspecting units.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and finalize move in/out and renewals.
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures and deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and market conditions.
