Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, leasing and resident relations at our award-winning communities. You will partner with the Community Manager to lead by example, resolve resident concerns, and ensure both the team and community feel supported and empowered to thrive.

This role requires a High School diploma, property management experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license; CALP accreditation is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CALP accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention.
• Create and manage content for the community’s social media platforms to highlight events and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the office, amenities, and common areas.
