Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks at our award-winning apartment communities. You will assist the Community Manager, mentor staff, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, property management experience, and the ability to resolve resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects through leasing.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals and related documents are complete and accurate.
• Oversee rent collection, postings, delinquencies and follow-up calls.
• Assist Community Manager and leadership with financial reporting and documentation.
• Lead in the Community Manager's absence and maintain team momentum.
