Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks across our award-winning apartment communities. You will work closely with the Community Manager, helping drive occupancy, renewals, and excellent resident service.

The role involves content creation for social media, event coordination, and maintaining a welcoming on-site office. Prior property management experience and CALP are a plus for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• Two years of property management experience preferred; six months as an assistant manager preferred.
• Valid driver's license. CALP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Support renewal and application processes to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collection and financial tasks with accuracy.
• Lead in the absence of the Community Manager and maintain team momentum.
• Create content for social platforms to highlight events and engagement.
