You will help lead leasing efforts, manage tenant relations, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure smooth operations.

As a key member of the on-site team, you’ll supervise daily activities, respond to resident needs with empathy, and support a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects.
• Oversee rent collection, billing, and payments for accuracy.
• Step in to lead the team in the Community Manager's absence.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a welcoming office and immaculate common areas.
