Hawthorne is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day financial tasks. You will partner with the Community Manager to resolve resident concerns and ensure the team thrives in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset as you help maintain a smooth, profitable community operation.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months' experience as assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts: conduct tours, respond to leads, guide prospects through leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase homes, invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are accurate and timely.
• Meet occupancy goals through leasing performance and resident retention.
• Create/manage content for community social media to highlight events and engagement.
• Maintain a welcoming environment in office, amenities, and common areas.
