Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks across our apartment communities. You will partner with the Community Manager to lead by example, resolve resident concerns, and help the team thrive through effective leadership.

The role involves leasing activities, rent collection, renewals, and social content creation, all while ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained community environment and strong resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing by conducting tours and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Manage lease applications, renewals, and related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee rent collection, posting, and delinquency follow-ups with accurate ledger updates.
• Step into leadership in the Community Manager's absence to maintain momentum.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally, ensuring excellent service and quick resolution.
