Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks across our communities. You will work closely with the Community Manager to drive occupancy, handle rent collection, renewals, and resident engagement, while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months previous assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Oversee rent collection, ledger reviews, and payment posting to ensure accurate processing.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Community Manager and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation for leadership.
