Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented on‑site financial specialist to support Community Managers. You will handle rent collections, invoicing, daily deposits, and bank reconciliations while using Yardi/OneSite to track financial activity for each community.

The role includes assisting the leasing team with tours, processing move-outs, and resolving resident questions promptly. A high school diploma is required, and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: read, write, and convey information clearly.
• Financial savvy with budgeting and fiscal reporting experience.
• High level of professionalism in manner and appearance.

Responsabilités

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits.
• Process invoices and payables; review vendor invoices for payment.
• Assist leasing team with tours for prospects (virtual and in-person).
• Process move-outs and dispositions per lease terms and procedures.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and address service issues.
