Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the financial and operational management of a multi‑family community in Houston. The role handles rent collection, invoicing, and monthly close‑outs using Yardi/OneSite, while assisting in owner communications and owner reporting.

You will supervise daily operations in the community, coordinate maintenance, and contribute to tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collects rent, fees and other payments and processes daily bank deposits.
