Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site team at a 120-unit apartment community in San Diego. You will handle daily financial operations, rent processing, and reporting under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life and/or property management.
• Knowledge of lease terms and enforcement.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions and reports for the community.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and backs up data to ensure system integrity.
• Tracks rents and fees, communicates with residents about balances and delinquencies.
• Reviews invoices from vendors and coordinates payments with owners.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager’s absence and coordinates maintenance.
• Supports leasing by greeting prospects and processing applications and credit checks.
