Live AMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the property. The role involves file management, resident relations, and data entry in property management software, with a focus on professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers Full-Time hours with compensation in the mid- to high-20s per hour and benefits including time off, health programs, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect money, oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by walking units to check occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files; enter data into PM software.
