Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect monies, oversee evictions, and monitor move-outs and occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals, and enter data into PM software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedures and deposits.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and clean.
