Job summary

Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at the Vizcaya community in Santa Fe, NM. You will assist with leasing, maintenance supervision in the manager's absence, and oversee rent collection and budget adherence.

As part of our team, you will help ensure profitability, maintain exceptional resident service, and manage escalated concerns while collaborating with staff, vendors, and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a sales or customer-facing role; hospitality or property management preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate with staff, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations at the community.
• Monitor and enforce company policies; supervise leasing and maintenance staff when manager is absent.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, profitability, cost control, and operating budgets.
• Proactively manage resident concerns and escalate as needed to provide top-tier service.
