Job summary

Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Norte Villas in Albuquerque, NM. You will support daily operations, assist with leasing, resident relations, and financial processing to help the community run smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years in residential property management or related fields, strong customer service, and familiarity with property software like Yardi, ResMan, or OneSite. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Two+ years of residential leasing/PM experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing rent collections and financial processes preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi/ResMan/OneSite a plus.
• Fair Housing knowledge and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals with strong service.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turns.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and communications.
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
