Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role at Norte Villas in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, resident relations, and leasing processes to enhance community performance.

You will handle rent collections, tenant notices, file maintenance, and coordinate with staff to ensure timely service and occupancy goals, while maintaining compliance and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Background in residential property management or leasing preferred.
• Experience handling rent collections and resident accounts preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and retention goals through customer service.
• Process applications and screenings for prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnovers.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Support marketing, resident engagement, and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assist Community Manager with financial reporting and performance monitoring.
