Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an affordable 120-unit tax credit community in Lancaster, CA. The role supports leasing activities, resident relations, and rent collection while ensuring policy compliance and orderly operations.

This on-site position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to a high level of resident satisfaction. Competitive hourly pay and a path for professional growth are offered.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience as an assistant manager at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with residents and teams.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to promote vacancies and maintain high occupancy.

Responsabilidades

• Represent IPG in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Work with the Community Manager to handle daily activities and tasks.
• Oversee rent collections, ledgers, delinquency follow-ups, and evictions if needed.
• Assist with applications, leasing, renewals, and waitlist management.
• Conduct daily property walks and document conditions for action.
• Inspect units and follow up with corrective actions as needed.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain professional interactions.
• Attend meetings and engage with residents, vendors, and authorities.
