Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as an assistant manager at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide high-level customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify improvements to boost property efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and tenant responsiveness.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and authorities.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote vacancies and maintain occupancy.
• A positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Work with the Community Manager to run daily property operations.
• Oversee rent collections, ledgers, follow-up on delinquencies, and evictions as needed.
• Assist with applications, leasing, renewals, and waitlist management.
• Conduct daily property walks and document findings for corrective action.
• Inspect units periodically and follow up on repairs.
• Address resident concerns, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in interactions.
• Attend meetings, regulatory inspections, and relevant activities.
