Job summary

Associa is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to join our Jacksonville branch, onsite in a professional office setting. The role focuses on administrative support for the property management team and serves as a hub for communications with clients, vendors, and residents.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with LCAM preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • LCAM preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders (community managers, vendors, clients).
  • Able to work effectively with others in person and in group settings.
  • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to interpret verbal and written instructions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the property management team.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors; deliver customer service.
