Currently, we are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to work at Country Place Apartments in Hebron, KY.

Description

This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community. The assistant will also support the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.

Duties
  1. Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
  2. Maintain current knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
  3. Complete or supervise the completion and accuracy of weekly activity reports, rental applications, and recording of all rental and leasing information.
  4. Assist the Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording all resident requests.
  5. Support the implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
  6. Responsible for the collection, receipting, and recording of all rents.
  7. Handle collection of all delinquent rents.
  8. Provide reports as required.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Candidate must understand compliance documents and deadlines. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential, along with strong team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail are required. Knowledge of tax credit management is preferred. Property management experience is mandatory. Background screening and drug testing are required.
