What You’ll Do

  • Assist in leasing, touring, move-in processes, and community occupancy
  • Oversee daily rent collections and accounts receivable
  • Resolve resident issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor community income to exceed budgetary goals
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other laws
  • Assist Community Manager with billing, invoicing, and community performance
  • Review and process accounts payable (invoicing)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly owner reports
  • Oversee leasing, touring, move-in processes, and maintain occupancy
  • Conduct regular building and unit walks
  • Create and oversee staff schedules and renewal processes
  • Participate in local community activities and represent NorthPoint
  • Contribute to charitable activities and community service
  • Perform any additional tasks as required

Who You Are

  • High School diploma, GED, or related experience/training
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in customer service
  • Entrata/Yardi experience is a plus
  • NAA/Blue Moon lease agreement knowledge is a plus
  • Mathematical skills for daily operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Windows, and Google applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Energetic, resourceful, and service-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills, both logical and creative
  • Confident in interactions with team members and external parties
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks
