Currently, ECM is searching for a full-time Assistant Community Manager to work at one of our communities in Cincinnati, OH.
Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community. The assistant will also support the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Bilingual skills are preferred. Candidates should have computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. A full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines is required. A commitment to exceptional customer service and strong team-building skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail are necessary. Knowledge of tax credit programs is required; experience with HUD/Section 8 is a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience is required. Background screening and drug testing are mandatory.
