Axis Residential in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking an Assistant Community Director for Affinity at Cedar Park, a 55+ active‑adult community. You will support the Community Director with leasing, resident relations, and financial recordkeeping while guiding daily operations and reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, handling rent transactions, assisting with applications and credit checks, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring great resident experiences through strong customer

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare weekly and month-end reports, move-out paperwork, and other records.
• Process rent deposits and payments; monitor late fees and accounts.
• Assist leasing by greeting leads, showing apartments, and collecting deposits.
• Support renewals, applications, and credit/background checks.
• Coordinate with Marketing on programs and analyze market conditions.
• Conduct move-in orientations and participate in resident events.
• Maintain resident files and property records; report maintenance needs.
