Job summary

Axis Residential in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Affinity at Round Rock, a 55+ active adult community. You will use relationship selling to drive occupancy, conduct tours, and coordinate with residents and partners to create a welcoming, engaged community.

The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, has strong English communication, and is willing to work evenings and weekends. A High School diploma and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Preferred experience in residential property management or sales.

Responsibilities

• Practice professional leasing techniques through calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointments.
• Receive inquiries and build relationships for a personalized experience.
• Enter and maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM/system.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs and coordinate with staff and ambassadors.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and Sales Mail.
• Maintain occupancy by hosting onsite events and partnerships.
• Utilize on-site property management software to track availability and activity.
• Assist in marketing events, referrals, and online campaigns.
• Ensure ads are accurate and up to date.
