Bedrock Property Management seeks an Assistant Community Director for Stone Bridge Lofts in Goodlettsville, TN. You will support day-to-day operations, manage vendor relations, ensure timely property maintenance, and help meet leasing and financial goals while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience.
• Leasing, property manager, or community manager experience preferred.
• Customer experience managers or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Experience leading a team with positive motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist in financial management by creating daily and weekly reports.
• Abide by federal fair housing standards and all other applicable laws.
• Develop professional skills and pursue continual growth.
• Present professional image and represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operate on-site computers and security systems and other devices.
• Maintain resident files on site in electronic and/or hardcopy format.
• Drive property performance through events, marketing, and retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
