Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Austin to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community, under the supervision of the Community Manager.

The role emphasizes delinquency and rent collection, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while supervising staff and leasing activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor delinquencies.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage leasing lifecycle and implement marketing plans.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
