Job summary

Associa seeks a proactive Community Manager Assistant in New Jersey to support resident relations and property operations within our managed communities. You will help organize events, assist with inquiries, and promote a positive living environment by liaising between residents and the management team.

You will coordinate communications, manage records, and help maintain social media presence to highlight community activities and updates. This role emphasizes service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong business writing; grammar and punctuation proficient.
  • Customer service best practices and conflict resolution knowledge.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret verbal or written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, addressing concerns, organizing community events, and promoting a positive living environment.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating property-related communications.
  • Help curate and maintain social media platforms to promote community events, share updates, and engage with residents online.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure effective communication channels between residents, management, and other stakeholders.
