Job summary

Associa is seeking a proactive Community Manager Assistant to support community management across our managed properties in New Jersey. You will act as a liaison between residents and the property management team and assist in organizing events to promote a positive living environment.

You will handle inquiries, maintain records, and help with communications while curating social media updates to engage residents online.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation).
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Capable of prioritizing, managing time, and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to interpret verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities
