Madison Reed is seeking an Assistant Colorist to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead in delivering an exceptional guest experience at the Hair Color Bar in Thousand Oaks, CA.

You will learn the Madison Reed consultations, color products, and service protocols while training for advancement to Licensed Colorist in 3–9 months. Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with earnings estimated between $28.50 and $30.50 per hour at this location.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales; salon or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English; Cosmetology license required in state of application.

Responsabilités
