Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Southlake, TX is hiring an Assistant Colorist who supports Licensed Colorists and Shift Lead to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will learn consultations, color theory, services, and develop behind-the-chair skills while advancing to Licensed Colorist in 3–9 months.

Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $22.50 per hour with base pay, commissions, and tips.

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience; beauty/salon preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills; able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team to deliver a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampoo/conditioning, styling, blowouts, toners per guest request.
• Help achieve monthly sales goals across retail, services, memberships.
• Keep the Hair Color Bar clean, merchandised, and inventory-controlled.
• Follow Madison Reed policies and POS/compliance procedures.
• Help grow revenue by increasing service tickets and selling memberships.
• Learn quickly, participate in Assistant Colorist to Colorist training.
• Colorist training to advance within Madison Reed.
