Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training; provides hands-on coaching.
• Upholds high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensures a clean, hospitable guest journey by upholding SWEET standards and timely decisions.
• Manages controllable costs, schedules, and drives sales with data-driven insights.
• Supports daily operations and prioritizes tasks for smooth execution.
• Performs all essential functions from Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles.
