Sweetgreen is hiring an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) to lead and mentor a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through data-driven insights. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and collaboration with the Head Coach to meet performance goals.

You will ensure food safety, manage schedules, control costs, and use Ops Dashboard insights to drive short- and long-term strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Inspire and mentor the team; partner with Head Coach to set goals and track performance.
• Drive operational excellence and build healthier communities through real food.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; resolve facility, supply, and quality issues.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and memorable in-store and digital guest experiences.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and implementing short- and long-term strategies using insights from the Ops Dashboard.
• Perform essential functions of Shift Leader and Kitchen Lead roles as needed.
