Sweetgreen in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) to lead the store, mentor the team, and drive operational excellence using data‑driven insights to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the Head Coach to set goals, supervise hiring and training, ensure food safety, and manage scheduling and costs while guiding daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Uphold food safety standards and oversee cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Manage schedules and controllable costs to drive sales and profitability.
• Support daily operations and use data-driven insights for decision making.
• Perform essential functions from shifts leadership path as needed.
