Job summary

Sweetgreen is hiring an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) in San Francisco to lead store operations and mentor the team. You will partner with the Head Coach to set goals, coach staff, and drive guest experiences while using data-driven insights to improve performance.

Join a fast casual brand focused on real food and healthier communities. Expect hands-on leadership, scheduling, and accountability as you guide daily operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team, partnering with the Head Coach on goals and performance.
• Use data-driven insights to navigate challenges and improve guest experiences.
• Manage scheduling and store operations for smooth execution.
