You will support the Club Manager, coach front-line staff, and drive service and performance metrics in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Experience leading teams in retail or fitness settings.
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Well organized, reliable, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and recruitment for member service reps and trainers.
• Drive club metrics aligned with business performance.
• Lead by example to deliver 1% service and build loyal members.
• Monitor inventory and review sales numbers with Club Manager.
• Ensure a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club.
• Oversee staff punctuality, dress code, and customer friendliness.
• Support club audits to keep areas neat and like-new.
• Support front-end staff in training and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
