Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and member care mindset.
• Experience leading teams in retail or fitness environments.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations and ensure a high-energy, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Assist in interviewing and recruiting member service reps and trainers.
• Drive club metrics in line with business performance.
• Lead by example to deliver +1% service and build raving fans.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory with the club manager.
• Maintain the mission and values; keep the club clean and well-maintained.
• Ensure staff punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness.
• Oversee club audits to ensure areas are organized and in good condition.
• Mentor Front End staff toward career growth through training and evaluation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
