Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory, and customer service.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Strategic Department Leadership across assigned departments.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members with training and certification.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet budget targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and club standards.
